How It Works

Tap or Scan
Executive taps their NFC card to a recipient's phone — or the recipient scans the QR code on the back of the card.
Profile Opens
Recipient's browser opens the executive's live digital profile. No app download required. Includes name, title, contact, social, and any linked content.
Contact Captured
If the recipient opts in, their details are captured and AI-enriched. The connection is logged instantly to the executive's Popl contact database.
CRM Synced
The contact syncs automatically to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Outlook. No manual data entry. Record is created or updated in real time.
Admin perspective: Any profile update — title change, number update, rebranding — made in the Popl admin dashboard applies instantly across all cards in the fleet. No individual action required by users. Departing staff are deactivated automatically when removed from Azure Active Directory.
Microsoft & Enterprise Integrations
Popl's native Microsoft integrations cover the full M365 stack in use across the Group. All relevant connectivity is available without custom development for Phases 1 and 2.
Azure AD offboarding note: When a team member is removed from the Group's Azure Active Directory, their Popl digital card is automatically deactivated. This closes the governance gap that exists with printed cards — which remain in circulation and cannot be recalled after a departure.
